Animal Humane Society Mural

Seven straight days of non stop film, photo, and helping paint the non-important parts in between. Sometimes The weather plays a significant role in how long things take, This one was clear skies all the way through!

Linework.

The most time consuming, important part of the process.

At night. We trace.

After a long day of applying the layers, Chuck goes in and rough sketches the lines for the following day. That way the scale stays accurate when he is up close.

Hosing down the animals

When it’s all done, Chuck goes in and sprays off any underlying chalk from his rough lines, and that way the wall is primed and ready for the clear poly protection coat that goes on after its completed. That way it will stay fresh and un-chipped, as well as protected against graffiti. We were proud to be a part of opening the new Saint Paul facility!
